Mission Statement
The Biogenesis model of occupational health/wellness and disease management delivery system is founded on the proven principles of face to face interaction, shared decision making and community participation and involvement in program building for behavioral change. Changing behavior one person at a time is our mantra.
Improving employee or member population health status is done through identifying each clients unique health profile and engaging clients in healthy behaviors through individual education sessions, group awareness campaigns , health coaching and customized, targeted programming that addresses individual needs/goals and is sensitive to personal values. We do this most effectively using our on-site format which utilizes health coaches and case managers under the direction of Biogenesis personnel.
